Volunteers Needed for Tryout Support

As tryouts approach, we need your assistance in securing volunteer support to ensure a smooth and successful event.

We are seeking volunteers to cover the following time slots:

**Monday May 13th  and 14th**

* 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Registration Table Help/Tear Down

**7:00 PM - 9:00:00 PM: Registration Table Help/Tear Down**

This is a great opportunity for high school students to earn community service hours.

Please forward this email to your teams and encourage them to contact Tamera Baldacchino directly at Tamerab@surewest.net with their preferred work slot. She will accommodate requests on a first-come, first-served basis and reach out if desired slots are already filled.
